Most items are in stock at time of order, however due to the high demand of our products some items may not ship for 3-4 weeks. Upon placing your order, we will send an esimated ship date within 24 hours.
Most items are hand finished - variations to the described and pictured finish can vary. This makes your object one of a kind.
If the item is damaged, please call 817.503.8301 to report your damaged merchandise within 5 days and we will issue a return authorization. We will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Long Distance Furniture Delivery
We inspect all furniture pieces before shipment. We offer two types of delivery services: Front Door Delivery and White Glove Delivery. All furniture orders will be shipped with our Front Door Delivery service, unless the White Glove Delivery option is arranged with customer service.
Our Front Door Delivery service is available for furniture, mirrors, and large items. The Front Door Delivery service includes delivery to the first threshold (front door, garage, lobby, or loading dock) and a 4-hour delivery window.
Our White Glove Delivery service is available for eligible furniture orders. It is an optional $150 charge for unlimited, eligible furniture items (Some furniture items are not offered with White Glove Delivery). The one-time charge (per order) is in addition to both Front Door Delivery surcharges and Standard Shipping charges. The White Glove Delivery charge includes light assembly, removal of packaging, and the careful placement of furniture in your home. Additional charges may be applied for room placement above the 2nd floor. Your furniture will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. All White Glove Delivery furniture orders will be shipped complete. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final–sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
